I am an economist at Banca d'Italia in Rome. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from Cemfi.

My research intersts are mostly linked to labor and urban economics and revolve around to two broad concepts:

• how human beings collectively organize their productive efforts through the division of labor, setting up and managing organizations, assigning tasks, learning from each other and creating synergies within and between teams;

• how labor markets allocate workers across firms, occupations, hierarchical roles and geographic locations to achieve such division of labor.
