I am an economist at Banca d'Italia in Rome.
I hold a BA and a MSc in Economics from Università Bocconi and a Ph.D. in Economics from Cemfi.
My research intersts are mostly linked to labor and urban economics and revolve around to two broad concepts:
how human beings collectively organize their productive efforts through the division of labor, setting up and managing organizations and teams, assigning tasks and hierarchical roles, and learning from each other;
how labor markets allocate workers across firms, occupations and geographic locations to achieve such division of labor.
